摘要
学科建设是医院发展的根本,如何提高医院学科建设是各医疗卫生单位科研管理探索的主题。文章介绍2021—2023年上海市闵行区医疗系统大学科建设的实践情况,总结主要建设成效,分析存在的问题并提出积极对策,为后续医学学科建设发展提供可借鉴的经验和参考。
Discipline construction is the cornerstone of hospital development.How to enhance such construction has been a key theme in scientific research management within medical and health institutions.This paper reviews the practice of mega-discipline construction in the medical system of Minhang District,Shanghai,from 2021 to 2023,summarizing major achievements,analyzing existing challenges,and proposing strategic measures for improvement.The aim is to provide practical experience and reference for the development of medical discipline systems.
