摘要
在现代提取算法中,Steger算法因其高精度及高鲁棒性,适用于各种复杂场景下的激光条纹中心线的提取。不过传统的Steger算法计算量较大,并且需要人工确认激光条纹的宽度,故而提出了一种改进的光条纹中心线提取方法。首先采用滤波方法对采集到的图片进行预处理去除噪声,其次,运用大津阈值和形态学操作,使图像简单化,接着遍历整个图像,分别按行、按列统计图像中白色像素点的数目,自动检测光线宽度,再运用分离快速算法对光条中心进行提取。提取效果与灰度重心法、骨架细化法及传统算法进行比较,改进算法提取精度更高,运算速度更快,更能满足实时性的要求。
In modern extraction algorithms,Steger algorithm is suitable for extracting the center line of laser fringe in various complex scenes because of its high precision and high robustness.However,the traditional Steger algorithm requires a large amount of computation,and the width of the laser fringe needs to be confirmed manually,so an im-proved method of extracting the center line of the optical fringe is proposed.Firstly,the filter method is used to prepro-cess the acquired images to remove noise.Secondly,the Otsu threshold and morphological operation are used to sim-plify the images.Then,the number of white pixels in the images is counted according to row and column respectively,and the light width is automatically detected,and then the center of the light strip is extracted by the separation fast al-gorithm.Compared with gray gravity center method,skeleton thinning method and traditional algorithm,the improved algorithm has higher extraction precision,faster operation speed,and can better meet the real-time requirements.
