响应曲面法优化TCCA高效浸出含碳加压氧化渣

Optimization of efficient leaching of carbon-containing pressure oxidized residue using TCCA by response surface methodology

摘要 本文基于响应曲面法建立四因素三水平Box-Behnken试验体系,对三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)浸出含碳加压氧化渣进行条件优化,分析TCCA浓度、NaCl质量浓度、浸出温度和液固比对浸金行为的交互作用及浸金率的影响,并以浸金率为响应值,建立各因素与浸金率的二次多项回归模型,以进行方差检验分析,优化TCCA浸出条件参数。结果显示,浸金率的二次多项回归模型可信度高、拟合程度好、试验误差小,TCCA浓度、NaCl质量浓度和浸出温度对浸金率具有显著影响。最优浸出条件为:TCCA浓度0.25 mol/L、NaCl质量浓度31.87 g/L、浸出温度30.4℃、液固比6∶1(mL∶g)。此条件下,模型浸金率的预测值为88.76%,实际浸金率平均值为88.49%,与预测值偏差为0.3%,模型准确度高。因此,TCCA浸出含碳加压氧化渣的优化条件是可行且合理的。 A four-factor,three-level Box-Behnken experimental design based on Response Surface Methodology(RSM)was established to optimize the leaching conditions of carbon-containing pressure-oxidized residue using trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA).The interactive effects and significant influences of TCCA concentration,NaCl mass concentration,leaching temperature,and liquid-solid ratio on gold leaching behavior and leaching efficiency were comprehensively evaluated.A quadratic polynomial regression model was developed with gold leaching efficiency as the response value,followed by variance analysis to optimize the TCCA leaching parameters.The results show that the quadratic polynomial regression model for gold leaching efficiency exhibits high credibility,excellent fitting performance,and minimal experimental error.TCCA concentration,NaCl mass concentration,and leaching temperature were identified as significant factors affecting gold leaching efficiency.The optimal leaching conditions are determined to be:TCCA concentration of 0.25 mol/L,NaCl mass concentration of 31.87 g/L,leaching temperature of 30.4℃and liquid-solid ratio of 6∶1(mL∶g).Under these conditions,within the leaching time of 3 h,the model predicted value of gold leaching efficiency of 88.76%,while the actual average value reaches 88.49%,with deviation of predicted value only 0.3%from the predicted value,confirming the high accuracy of the model.Therefore,the optimized TCCA leaching conditions for carbon-containing pressure-oxidized residue are both feasible and rational.
