摘要
                
                    山东某化工园区近期污水处理规模5000 m^(3)/d,主要来自于园区制药企业和化工企业排放的废水,按照环评要求处理出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A排放标准。经过一系列小试,确定采用芬顿-臭氧催化氧化作为污水厂深度处理工艺路线,芬顿反应时间95 min,高效沉淀池表面负荷12.2 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),臭氧催化氧化反应时间60 min,设计投加量60 mg/L。投产后COD出水平均值为36.4 mg/L,稳定达到污水处理厂环评要求的出水标准。
                
                The chemical industrial park in Shandong recently has a wastewater treatment capac-ity of 5000 m^(3)/d,mainly sourced from effluents discharged by pharmaceutical and chemical enter-prises in the park.The treated effluent is required to meet the Grade A standards according to Dis-charge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.Through a series of bench-scale tests,the Fenton-ozone catalytic oxidation was determined as the advanced treatment process route for the wastewater treatment plant.The Fenton reaction time is 95 minutes,the sur-face loading rate of the high-efficiency sedimentation tank is 12.2 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),the ozone catalytic oxidation reaction time is 60 minutes,and the dosage is 60 mg/L.After commissioning,the aver-age effluent concentrations of COD was 36.4 mg/L respectively,stably meeting the discharge standards required by the EIA for the wastewater treatment plant.
