摘要
在“互联网+”战略深入推进的背景下,信息化项目管理面临技术复杂度高、需求动态多变、团队协作多元等挑战,传统管理模式的局限性愈发凸显。文章在剖析信息化项目核心特征与管理痛点的基础上,基于项目全生命周期理论提出分阶段创新策略:在启动与规划阶段,利用UML建模工具与多元化管理模型,提高需求捕获的精度和模型的适配性;在执行与控制阶段,通过持续集成与持续交付、自动化测试以及全流程自动化工具链,构建高效协同、风险可控的管理流程;在验收阶段,借助电子档案管理系统实现知识资产的沉淀。该策略为“互联网+”时代的信息化项目管理提供了技术驱动、场景适配的创新路径。
In the context of the in-depth promotion of the“Internet+”strategy,informatization project management is facing challenges such as high technical complexity,dynamic changes in demand,and diversified team collaboration.The limitations of the traditional management model are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the analysis of the core characteristics and management pain points of information technology projects,this article proposes a phased innovation strategy based on the theory of project lifecycle.During the initiation and planning stages,UML modeling tools and diversified management models are used to improve the accuracy of requirement capture and the adaptability of the model.During the execution and control phase,an efficient,collaborative,and risk controlled management process is built through continuous integration and delivery,automated testing,and a full process automation toolchain.During the acceptance stage,the electronic archive management system is utilized to facilitate the accumulation of knowledge assets.This strategy provides a technology driven and scenario adaptive innovation path for information project management in the“Internet+”era.
