摘要
工程造价预结算审核是项目管理的核心环节,其作用在于确保项目成本始终处于合理范围,避免因为成本超支导致项目延期或亏损,同时也防范工程造价中的违规行为,确保工程造价的合理性和科学性。大数据技术的成熟和广泛应用,为工程造价预结算审核带来了新的机遇和挑战,如何合理将大数据技术应用于预结算审核环节,已成为工程造价管理领域的一项重要课题。基于此,本文首先分析工程造价预结算审核的内涵,明确大数据技术的优势,指出其在预结算审核中的价值,而后深入分析大数据在预结算审核中的具体应用,结合预结算审核工作实际,提出基于大数据技术提高审核效率的措施,以期为工程造价预结算审核工作提供实践指导。
The pre-settlement audit of project cost is the core link of project management,and its role is to ensure that the project cost is always within a reasonable range,to avoid project delays or losses due to cost overruns,and to prevent violations in the project cost to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the project cost.The maturity and wide application of big data technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the pre-settlement audit of project cost,and how to reasonably apply big data technology to pre-settlement audit has become an important topic in the field of project cost management.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the connotation of the pre-settlement audit of engineering cost,clarifies the advantages of big data technology,points out its value in the pre-settlement audit,and then deeply analyzes the specific application of big data in the pre-settlement audit,and on this basis,combined with the actual work of pre-settlement audit,puts forward measures to improve the audit efficiency based on big data technology,in order to provide some practical guidance for the optimization of the pre-settlement audit of engineering cost.
