摘要
为明确农村土地流转对土地利用效率的影响,制定科学的农村土地流转策略,本文采用实证分析法,定量研究农村土地流转对土地利用效率的影响,并结合调查分析结果提出提升土地利用效率的策略。研究结果显示,土地利用率与农村土地流转面积和速度呈显著相关性;农村土地流转面积与土地流转市场发育程度、农业技术水平、农业集中化生产、第一产业占比、农村人口收入呈显著正相关,与人均耕地面积呈显著负相关。随着农村土地流转面积的提升,土地利用效率进一步提升,但农村土地流转速度过快会影响土地流转市场发育程度。因此,为提升土地利用效率,应结合地方实际情况,制定科学的农村土地流转策略,在有序控制农村土地流转速度的基础上,合理提升土地利用效率。
To clarify the impact of rural land transfer on land use efficiency and formulate scientific rural land transfer strategies,this study employs empirical analysis to quantitatively investigate the relationship between rural land transfer and land use efficiency.Based on survey findings,strategies to enhance land use efficiency through optimized land transfer practices are proposed.The research reveals that land utilization rates exhibit significant correlations with both the scale and speed of rural land transfer.Notably,the scale of rural land transfer demonstrates a significant positive correlation with factors including the maturity of land transfer markets,agricultural technological levels,centralized agricultural production,the proportion of primary industries,and rural population income,while showing a significant negative correlation with per capita arable land area.As the scale of rural land transfer increases,land use efficiency improves correspondingly;however,excessively rapid transfer speeds may hamper the development of land transfer markets.Consequently,to enhance land use efficiency,regions should design tailored land transfer strategies aligned with local conditions,prioritizing orderly control of transfer speeds while fostering well-established markets to sustainably improve efficiency.
