摘要
“一站式”学生社区是学风建设的有效载体和落脚点,依托“一站式”学生社区推进学风建设对落实立德树人根本任务、推进高校高质量发展有重要意义。本文通过分析依托“一站式”学生社区推进学风建设在学生、教师、学校三个层级所面临的实际困难,提出了以制度建设为根基、以环境建设为支撑、以队伍建设为抓手、以特色建设为依据、以思想建设为内驱的“五个建设”,力求通过“五个建设”推进高校依托“一站式”学生社区探索学风建设的有效路径。
The one-stop student community is an effective carrier and foothold for academic atmosphere construction.Relying on the“one-stop”student community to promote academic atmosphere construction is of great significance for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and advancing the high-quality development of colleges and universities.This article analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the“one-stop”student community in promoting the construction of academic atmosphere at the student,teacher and school levels,and proposes the“five constructions”of taking system construction as the foundation,environmental construction as the support,team construction as the handle,characteristic construction as the basis,and ideological construction as the internal driving force,striving to promote universities to explore effective paths for academic atmosphere construction by relying on“one-stop”student communities through the“five constructions”.
