摘要
组合式非隔离型三相逆变器由3个采用Heric拓扑的单相逆变器组成,每相均可独立运行。为解决组合式非隔离型三相逆变器离网运行时,由于三相所带负载不对称导致的逆变器输出电压不平衡问题,提出一种基于组合式非隔离型三相逆变器的改进下垂控制策略。将传统的有功-频率(P-f)下垂曲线替换为神经网络激活函数反平方根曲线(ISRU),寻找有功中间相P_(mid)和无功中间相Q_(mid)以改进有功-频率(P-f)和无功-电压(Q-U)下垂曲线,从而得到三相平衡参考电压,同时引入电压幅值补偿环节进一步确保输出电压的对称性。在Matlab/Simulink以及StarSim HIL半实物平台中验证所提控制策略的正确性与可行性,结果表明该策略具有良好的控制性能,同时能有效减小输出电压的不平衡度。
The combined non-isolated three-phase inverter consists of three single-phase inverters using a Heric topology,each of which can operate independently.To solve the problem of unbalanced output voltage of a combined non-isolated three-phase inverter during off grid operation due to asymmetric load carried by the three-phase,an improved droop control strategy based on the combined non-isolated three-phase inverter is proposed.Replace the traditional active-frequency(P-f)droop curve with the inverse square root unit(ISRU)curve of the neural network activation function,search for the active intermediate phase P_(mid) and the reactive intermediate phase Q_(mid) to improve the active-frequency(P-f)and reactive-voltage(Q-U)droop curves,thereby obtaining a three-phase balanced reference voltage.Meanwhile,introduce voltage amplitude compensation to further ensure the symmetry of the output voltage.The correctness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy were verified in Matlab/Simulink and StarSim HIL semi-physical platform.The results indicate that the strategy has good control performance and can effectively reduce the unbalance degree of output voltage.
