摘要
目的评估曲安奈德与罗哌卡因在超声引导膝关节腔注射中,对痛风性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月福建省宁德人民医院内科100例痛风性膝关节炎患者,以随机摸球为基础分组方式,分为对照组(n=50)、研究组(n=50)两个小组,分别给予常规口服给药治疗、超声引导下膝关节腔注射曲安奈德及罗哌卡因治疗,收集两组治疗数据比较治疗效果。结果根据血尿酸(SUA)、中性粒细胞计数(ANC)、白细胞计数(WBC)检测结果可知,两组治疗前后水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测结果可知,两组治疗前水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后ESR、CRP水平较对照组下降(均P<0.05)。研究组治疗后Lequesne膝关节功能评分、关节活动度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德与罗哌卡因用于超声引导膝关节腔注射,能够使痛风性膝关节炎患者的炎症水平得到缓解,促进关节功能恢复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide and ropivacaine in ultrasound-guided knee joint injection for gouty knee arthritis.Methods One hundred patients with gouty knee arthritis in Ningde People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups based on ball touching.The control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)were treated with conventional oral administration and ultrasound-guided knee joint cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide and ropivacaine,respectively.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared by collecting treatment data.Results According to the test results of blood uric acid(SUA),neutrophil count(ANC),and white blood cell count(WBC),there was no difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).According to the test results of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP),there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR and CRP in the study group decreased compared with those in the control group(both P<0.05).After treatment,the Lequesne knee joint function score and joint range of motion in the study group increased compared with the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions In ultrasound-guided intra-knee cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide and ropivacaine,the inflammatory level of gouty knee arthritis can be relieved and the recovery of joint function can be promoted.
