在全球化发展背景下,各国之间的文化交流日益频繁,为提升国家软文化实力,就需要加强本土特色饮食文化的翻译传播工作。浙江宁波作为一个港口沿海城市,融合了江南水乡特色与海洋文化,形成了独具风味的饮食文化。本文围绕宁波特色美食的英文翻译原则展开分析,提出合理化的翻译策略,以期为相关从业者提供科学借鉴。
In the context of globalization,cultural exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent.In order to enhance the country's soft cultural strength,it is necessary to strengthen the translation and dissemination of local characteristic food culture.As a coastal port city,Ningbo,Zhejiang has integrated the characteristics of Jiangnan water towns with marine culture,forming a unique culinary culture.The article will analyze the English translation principles of Ningbo's characteristic cuisine and propose rational translation strategies in order to provide scientific reference for relevant practitioners.
