观赏海棠切花评价体系构建与品种评价

Establishment of an evaluation system and cultivar evaluation for cut flowers of ornamental crabapple

摘要 为构建观赏海棠切花品种综合评价体系,以便筛选观赏海棠新优切花品种,促进其切花产业化发展,以74个自主培育的观赏海棠新品种为供试材料,选取与观赏性状和瓶插性状相关的6个评价指标,采用层次分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法构建评价体系进行品种综合评价,并通过K-means聚类分析进行等级划分,筛选出符合切花目标的优秀品种,并进行切花品质多样性分析。结果表明,在6个评价指标中,瓶插寿命(权重值0.361 3)、花量及分布(权重值0.200 0)、花色(权重值0.200 0)和花型(权重值0.100 0)构成核心评价指标,开花率(权重值0.087 1)和可采切枝长(权重值0.051 7)为辅助指标。K-means聚类分析筛选出‘粉红霓裳’‘忆红莲’‘浣溪沙’等27个综合表现优异的品种,主要表现为花色饱和度高、稳定性强、重瓣性强、花量大且均匀、瓶插观赏期长、可采切枝条长等特性,适用于切花生产的推广。优选群体切花品质多样,特大花径、小花径和花瓣褶皱等性状是稀缺切花品质。层次分析和灰色关联相结合的方法可有效地对观赏海棠品种的切花应用价值进行评价分级,筛选出优秀切花品种,结合多样性评价可挖掘特异性品种。 This study aims to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for cut flowers of ornamental crabapple cultivars, providing a theoretical basis for the selection of new elite cut flower cultivars and the development of the cut flower industry. Seventy-four newly developed ornamental crabapple cultivars were selected. Six evaluation indicators related to ornamental and vase life characteristics were chosen, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with grey relational analysis (GRA) was adopted to construct the evaluation system. The K-means cluster analysis was performed to classify the cultivars into different grades and the elite cultivars meeting the cut flower standards were selected. In addition, the diversity of cut flower qualities was analyzed. The results indicated that among the six evaluation indicators, vase life (weight value of 0.361 3), flower quantity and distribution (weight value of 0.200 0), flower color (weight value of 0.200 0), and flower pattern (weight value of 0.100 0) were the core evaluation indicators, while blossoming rate (weight value of 0.087 1) and harvestable stem length (weight value of 0.051 7) were auxiliary indicators. The K-means cluster analysis screened out 27 cultivars (such as 'Fenhongnichang’ 'Yihonglian’ and 'Huanxisha’) with excellent overall performance. These cultivars were mainly characterized by high color saturation, strong stability, strong double-petal formation, large and uniform flower quantity, long vase life, and long harvestable stems, being suitable for promotion in cut flower production. The selected cultivars showed diverse cut flower qualities, with large flower diameters, small flower diameters, and crinkled petals being rare cut flower qualities. AHP combined with GRA can effectively evaluate and grade the cut flower application value of ornamental crabapple cultivars, select elite cultivars, and identify specific cultivars through diversity evaluation.
