摘要
社区嵌入式医养结合养老模式作为一种新型的养老模式,对于缓解城市养老压力具有重要的意义。为了推进江苏省社区嵌入式养老服务的高质量发展,梳理了江苏省老年人口现状、社区嵌入式医养结合养老模式建设现状,分析研究该养老模式存在的困境,并且从充分发挥政府的引导作用、利用智慧手段提高社区嵌入式“医养结合”服务质量、提升医养结合养老模式的社会认可度和加强专业人才队伍建设四个方面探索社区嵌入式医养结合养老服务模式。
The embedded medical and elderly care model in the community,as a new type of elderly care model,is of great significance in alleviating the pressure of urban elderly care.In order to promote the high quality development of community embedded elderly care services in Jiangsu Province,summarizes the current situation of the elderly population in Jiangsu Province,the construction status of the community embedded medical and elderly care integrated elderly care model,analyzes and studies the difficulties existing in this elderly care model,and constructs the community embedded medical and elderly care integrated elderly care service model from four aspects:fully exerting the guiding role of the government,using smart means to improve the quality of community embedded"medical and elderly care integrated"services,enhancing the social recognition of the medical and elderly care integrated elderly care model,and strengthening the construction of professional talent teams.
