弯曲试验中摩擦系数对材料断裂韧性试验结果的影响

摘要 在三点与四点弯曲断裂测试过程中,试样与支辊之间常常存在摩擦力,而试验中往往忽视摩擦力的影响。本文基于有限元分析,以试样与支辊间的摩擦系数为变量,研究并比较三点与四点弯曲试样断裂性能,分析三点与四点弯曲试验对摩擦系数的敏感性。结论如下:试验中支辊摩擦力对两种测试方法得到的断裂参数均有重要影响;加载过程中最大载荷随着摩擦系数的增大而增大,从而对试样的真实断裂性能产生影响;相较于三点弯曲试验,四点弯曲试验中断裂参数对摩擦系数更加敏感。 Friction between the specimen and the supporting roller is inevitable in the three-point and four-point bending tests.However,it is easily ignored during the actual tests.Based on the Finite Element Method,the fracture properties of three-point and four-point bending specimen are studied and compared with the friction coefficient between the specimen and the supporting roller as a variable,and the sensitivity of three-point and four-point bending tests to the friction coefficient is analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:the friction coefficient of supporting roller has significantly influence on the fracture parameters during the test process.The maximum load increases with the increase of friction coefficient,which affects the true fracture property of the tested specimen.Compared with three-point bending test,the fracture parameters in four-point bending test are more sensitive to friction coefficient.
