摘要
新质生产力是在技术不断发展的背景下,为更好实现农业生产而产生的。在全球范围内新技术革命蓬勃发展以及产业结构的深刻变革中,农业领域面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。由于在农业经济转型升级的过程中,面临着从传统农业向现代农业转变以应对人口增长、资源约束、环境压力等多重挑战,因此通过培育新质生产力来提升农业生产效率、增强农产品市场竞争力以促进农民增收和农村经济全面发展具有重要的研究意义。该研究提出科技创新、人才培养、政策支持、市场机制完善等多方面的培育路径,通过路径的探索与实践,推动农业经济的高质量发展,助力农业产业可持续发展,为乡村振兴和农业农村现代化贡献力量。
Agriculture is a traditional industry with a long history and a fundamental component of the national economy,playing a pivotal role in overall economic development.New quality productive forces have emerged in response to ongoing technological advances,aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural production.Amid the rapid progress of the global technological revolution and profound changes in industrial structures,the agricultural sector faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The cultivation of new quality productive forces during the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural economy holds significant research value,as it enhances production efficiency,boosts the competitiveness of agricultural products,and increases farmers'incomes while promoting overall rural development.This study proposes pathways for cultivating new quality productive forces through scientific and technological innovation,talent cultivation,policy support,and reforms in market mechanisms.These efforts aim to promote the high-quality development of the agricultural economy,support the sustainable growth of the agricultural sector,and contribute to rural revitalization as well as the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
