摘要
                
                    目的探讨病例资料分享与文献检索为基础的学习模式应用在护生教学中的效果。方法选取2022年12月至2024年9月在大理白族自治州人民医院耳鼻咽喉科实习的滇西应用技术大学健康科技学院的70名护生作为研究对象,采用双盲抽签的方法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组各35名。两组带教老师相同,对照组采用常规的理论-实践分离教学,试验组采用病例资料分享+文献检索的学习模式,培训4周后比较两组的学习效果。结果试验理论知识和实践操作评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组自主学习能力各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组学习后的学习倦怠评分较对照组低,自我效能感评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组的满意度(97.14%)较对照组(77.14%)高(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科实习护生的教学中引入病例资料分享和文献检索为基础的学习模式,能够有效调动学生的主观能动性并提升其学习能力和效果。
                
                Objective To explore the effect of learning mode based on case data sharing and literature retrieval in the teaching of otorhinolaryngology nursing students.Methods A total of 70 nursing students in College of Health Science and Technology,West Yunnan University of Applied Sciences who interned in the Otolaryngology Department of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital from December 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by double-blind lottery,with 35 cases in each group.The teachers in the two groups are the same.The control group adopts the conventional theorypractice separation teaching,while the experimental group adopts the learning mode of case data sharing and literature retrieval.After four weeks of training,the learning effects of the two groups are compared.Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores than the control group in both theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessments(P<0.05).All dimensions of self-directed learning ability were rated higher in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the experimental group exhibited lower learning burnout scores and higher self-efficacy scores than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the experimental group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the learning mode based on case data sharing and literature retrieval into the study of otolaryngology nursing students can effectively mobilize students’subjective initiative and improve their learning ability and effect.
