退火温度对热轧DP980高强钢组织和拉伸性能的影响

摘要 DP980高强钢在热轧作用下表现出来较高的力学性能,其综合性能可以通过热处理方式得到进一步提高,为此通过实验测试开展退火温度对热轧DP980高强钢组织和拉伸性能的影响分析。研究结果表明,热轧退火后铁素体和奥氏体呈现等轴组织结构,铁素体晶界以小角度为主。随着退火温度的升高,奥氏体颗粒变得更大,铁素体颗粒尺寸减小。随着应变量的增大,奥氏体的稳定程度降低,其晶格间产生较多层错,有许多奥氏体组织转化为马氏体。该研究有助于提高热轧DP980高强钢热处理后的冶金性能,具有较高的推广价值。 DP980 high strength steel under the action of hot rolling shows very high mechanical properties as well as can still be further improved by heat treatment of comprehensive properties.The effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and tensile properties of hot-rolled DP980 high strength steel was analyzed by means of experiment.The results show that after hot rolling annealing,the ferrite and austenite have equiaaxial structure,and the ferrite grain boundary is dominated by small angle.With the increase of annealing temperature,austenite particles become larger and ferrite particles decrease in size.With the increase of the strain variable,the stability of austenite decreases,the more multilayer faults occur in the lattice of austenite,and many austenite tissues are converted to martensite.This research is helpful to improve the metallurgical properties of hot-rolled DP980 high strength steel after heat treatment,and has high popularization value.
