摘要
国家标准《白酒分析方法》(GB/T 10345—2022)未对白酒中乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯和己酸乙酯等相关酯类和醇类化合物的检出限及定量限进行明确规定。本研究聚焦对白酒中检出限与定量限的探究,通过对GB/T 10345—2022标准中乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯和己酸乙酯的出峰状况、校准曲线以及回收率等数据进行验证,参照《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》(GB/T 27417—2017)和《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》(GB/T 27404—2008)的具体要求,对3种酯类展开系统研究。实验结果显示,3种酯类的检出限和定量限均符合标准方法的规定。相关数据为后续标准中检出限和定量限的明确界定以及日常检验工作提供了重要参考。
The national standard Method for Analysis of Baijiu(GB/T 10345—2022)does not specify the limit of detection and quantification for related esters and alcohols such as ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,and ethyl hexanoate in Baijiu.This study focuses on exploring the limit of detection and quantification in Baijiu.By validating the peak appearance,calibration curves,and recovery rates of ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,and ethyl hexanoate as per GB/T 10345—2022,and referring to the requirements of Conformity Assessment—Guidance on Validation and Verification of Chemical Analytical Methods(GB/T 27417—2017)and Laboratory Quality Control Specification—Food Physical and Chemical Testing(GB/T 27404—2008),a systematic investigation was conducted on the three esters.The experimental results showed that the limit of detection and quantification for the three esters were consistent with the provisions of the standard method,and the related data provided important references for the subsequent clear definition of limits in the standard and routine testing work.
