摘要
农村人居环境整治是广东实施“百千万工程”最基础的工作,既关乎农村的“里子”“面子”,也是推进城乡一体化的“梯子”,更是实施国家乡村振兴战略的“棋子”。该文在全面分析当前韶关市党建引领农村人居环境整治做法成效的基础上,结合党建引领中的不足,围绕加强思想引领、组织引领、要素引领、机制引领4个方面提出意见建议,为进一步提升农村人居环境整治工作提供参考。
The improvement of rural living environment is the most basic task in implementing the Hundred-Thousand-Myriad Project.It is not only related to the"truth"and"image"of rural areas,but it is also a"ladder"to promoting urban-rural integration and a"move"for implementing the nation's Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current effectiveness of Party building in Shaoguan City in leading the improvement of rural living environment,and by referring to the shortcomings in Party building's leading role,this paper puts forward opinions about and suggestions on strengthening ideological guidance,organizational guidance,factor guidance,and mechanism guidance,so as to provide a reference for further improvement of rural living environment.
