摘要
采用重金属污染土壤与飞灰共烧结制备陶粒,可实现两类固废的协同处置和资源化利用。研究探讨了不同污染土壤与飞灰配比、焙烧工艺参数,重点分析了重金属的固定效果。结果表明,污染土壤中镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铬(Cr)和铜(Cu)含量较高,而飞灰中锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)和镉(Cd)含量较高。最优配比方案为污染土、焚烧飞灰、硅酸钠、硼砂的质量比为75∶10∶5∶10(D_(1)方案)和80∶5∶5∶10(D_(2)方案)。其中,采用预热温度400℃、烧结温度1100℃的D_(2)方案对重金属的固定效果最佳。在不同烧结温度下,两种方案对易挥发重金属Cd和Pb的固定率均低于15%,对Cu和Zn的固定率为30%~60%;而对难挥发重金属Cr、Ni和Mn的固定率则超过80%。尤其在D_(2)方案中,Cr、Ni和Mn的固定率均超过85%,同时两种方案烧结产品陶粒的重金属浸出浓度均满足《固体废物再生利用污染防治技术导则》(HJ 1091—2020)要求。
The co-sintering of heavy metal-contaminated soil with fly ash for ceramsite production enables synergistic treatment and resource utilization of both solid wastes.This study investigated different contaminated soil-to-fly ash ratios and sintering parameters,focusing on heavy metal immobilization efficiency.Results showed elevated nickel(Ni),manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),chromium(Cr),and copper(Cu)levels in contaminated soil,while fly ash contained higher concentrations of zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),and cadmium(Cd).The optimal mass ratio of contaminated soil,incineration fly ash,sodium silicate and borax is 75∶10∶5∶10(D_(1) scheme)and 80∶5∶5∶10(D_(2) scheme),with scheme D_(2)(preheating at 400℃,sintering at 1100℃)demonstrating superior heavy metal immobilization.Across sintering temperatures,both schemes achieved fixation rates below 15% for volatile heavy metals Cd and Pb,30%-60% for Cu and Zn,and exceeded 80% for non-volatile heavy metals Cr,Ni and Mn.Especially in the D_(2) scheme,the fixation rates of Cr,Ni and Mn exceed 85%.Ceramsite products from both schemes complied with leaching concentration limits specified in the Technical Guidelines for Pollution Prevention of Solid Waste Recycling(HJ 1091—2020).
