摘要
智慧农业是现代农业发展的高级阶段,加强智慧农业领域原创性、引领性、颠覆性前沿技术创新已成为推动新旧动能转换、发展新质生产力、助力农业高质量发展的核心要素。本研究从农业物联网、农业大数据、作物模型、农业遥感、智能装备等方面梳理了国内外智慧农业科技创新发展现状及未来发展趋势,分析了中国智慧农业科技创新存在的主要问题,提出了中国“十五五”时期智慧农业科技创新发展的主要目标、重点方向、对策建议。智慧农业科技创新是“十五五”时期乃至2035年现代农业发展的重要内容,针对中国智慧农业科技创新发展还存在乡村数字基础设施有待提升、关键核心技术研发有待加强、数字化落地应用有待强化、数字人才体系有待夯实、体制机制有待优化等问题,未来应从夯实“三农”数字资源体系、加强关键核心技术研发、拓展数字技术创新应用、强化数字农业人才培育、加大创新政策支持力度等方面共同发力。
Smart agriculture is the advanced stage of modern agricultural development,and strengthening the original,leading and disruptive cutting-edge technology innovation in the field of smart agriculture has become the core element to promote the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,develop new quality productive forces,and help the high-quality development of agriculture.In this paper,we have sorted out the development status and future development trend of smart agricultural science and technology innovation at home and abroad from the aspects of agricultural Internet of Things,agricultural big data,crop model,agricultural remote sensing,intelligent equipment,etc.,analyzed the main problems existing in China's intelligent agricultural science and technology innovation,and put forward the main objectives,key directions of intelligent agricultural science and technology innovation development in the period of China's"15th Five-Year Plan".Smart agricultural science and technology innovation is an important content of the development of modern agriculture during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period and even to 2035.There are still problems in the development of smart agricultural science and technology innovation in China:in the countryside digital infrastructure to be upgraded,the key core technology research and development to be strengthened,the digital application to be strengthened,the digital human resources system to be consolidated,the system to be optimized.In the future we should consolidate the digital resource system of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,strengthen the key core technology research and development,expand the application of digital technological innovation,strengthen the cultivation of digital agricultural talent,and increase the support of innovation policy and other aspects of the joint efforts.
