摘要
采煤工作面过坚硬断层时传统的预处理方式是爆破,不仅炸药使用量大,而且爆破工程量大、过断层速度慢。为了提高采煤工作面过断层速度,以某煤矿Ⅱ1036综采工作面过断层为例,采用水力压裂技术预处理坚硬断层。应用结果表明,采用水力压力技术能够有效压裂断层岩体,有利于提高工作面过断层速度。对于岩体较完整且较硬的区域进行水力压裂作业后,能够减少2/3的爆破孔数量,大大减少爆破工程量和炸药使用量;对于其他区域进行水力压裂作业后,不需要进行放炮处理,采煤机就能够正常截割。
The traditional pre-treatment method for coal mining faces passing through hard faults is blasting,which not only requires a large amount of explosives,but also involves a large amount of blasting work and a slow speed of passing through the fault.In order to improve the speed of coal mining face passing through faults,taking the example of theⅡ1036 fully-mechanized mining face passing through faults in a certain coal mine,hydraulic fracturing technology was used to pre-treatment hard faults.The application results indicate that the use of hydraulic pressure technology can effectively fracture fractured rock masses,which is beneficial for improving the velocity of working face passing through faults.After hydraulic fracturing operations are carried out in areas with relatively intact and hard rock masses,the number of blasting holes can be reduced by 2/3,greatly reducing the amount of blasting work and explosive usage.After hydraulic fracturing operations are carried out in other areas,there is no need for blasting treatment,and the coal mining machine can cut normally.
