摘要
利用表征混合气体非理想特性的Redlich-Kwong状态方程对传统的泄漏率公式进行修正。构建SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体的非理想特性模型,采用遗传算法求解该非线性模型,并运用蒙特卡洛方法随机生成50组工况,对修正后的泄漏率误差进行分析。结果表明,经该方法修正后的SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体泄漏率误差在3%以内,修正系数随着初始压力降低、SF_(6)占比增大及温度升高而显著增大,验证了该方法在工程应用中的鲁棒性。
The traditional leakage rate formula is modified using the Redlich-Kwong state equation,which characterizes the nonideal characteristic of gas mixture.A non-ideal characteristic model of SF_(6)/N_(2) gas mixture is constructed,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the nonlinear model,and the Monte Carlo method is applied to randomly generate 50 operation conditions for error analysis of the modified leakage rate.The results demonstrate that the proposed method reduces the leakage rate error of SF_(6)/N_(2) gas mixture to within 3%.The correction factor increases significantly with decreasing initial pressure,increasing SF_(6) proportion and rising temperature,confirming the robustness of the method in engineering application.
