摘要
在散装大米仓内安装循环制冷工艺系统,分析其对粮食温度、水分、酸度、黄粒米率、虫口密度指标的影响,结果表明采取循环制冷工艺储藏散装大米,能有效将平均粮温控制在20℃以下,最高粮温控制在25℃以下,粮层之间温差控制在2℃以内,粮堆内部温度分布均匀,实现准低温储藏。储藏期间,粮食水分下降0.2%,酸度上升0.07°T,黄粒米率上升0.08%,粮食品质劣变速率较慢,保水通风效果明显,试验仓未发现有虫害活动迹象。
Installing a circulating refrigeration process system in a bulk rice silo and analyzing its effects on grain temperature,moisture content,acidity,yellow grain rice rate,and pest density indicators,the results showed that using a circulating refrigeration process to store bulk rice effectively controlled the average grain temperature below 20℃,the maximum grain temperature below 25℃,the temperature difference between grain layers within 2℃,and the temperature distribution inside the grain pile was uniform,achieving quasi low temperature storage.During storage,the moisture content of the grain decreased by 0.2%,the acidity increased by 0.07°T,and the yellow grain rice rate increased by 0.08%.The aging rate of grain quality was slow,and the water retention and ventila-tion effects were obvious.No signs of pest activity were found in the experimental warehouse.
