摘要
阐述了某型喷油螺杆压缩机中排气系统和油气分离为分析对象,主要采用查阅文献、查阅资料等研究方法,结合压缩机工作原理,确定排气系统总体设计方案,然后对重要元件进行选型计算,最终确定主机排气部件和油气分离器的主要结构,利用三维设计软件进行建模,从而完成整个结构设计。压缩机排气系统的可靠合理是决定压缩气体品质的重要基础,也是保证压缩机能够高效率运行的重要因素,因此在常规气体的压缩、存储中具有重要作用。
This paper takes the exhaust system and oil-gas separation in a certain type of oil injected screw compressor as the analysis object,mainly using research methods such as literature review and information review,combined with the working principle of compressor,to determine the overall design scheme of exhaust system,then select and calculate the important components,and finally determine the main structure of the host exhaust components and oil-gas separator.Three dimensional design software is used for modeling to complete the entire structural design.The reliability and rationality of the compressor exhaust system are important foundations for determining the quality of compressed gas and ensuring the efficient operation of compressor.Therefore,it plays an important role in the compression and storage of conventional gases.
