摘要
火箭炮发控系统的主要作用是按一定时间间隔和顺序发射火箭弹。为了确保火箭弹按设定的发射时序发射,保证发控系统的动作可靠,使用前应对发控系统动作可靠性、输出的电压和电流脉冲、装定时序等特性进行检测。根据火箭炮发控系统结构及工作原理,通过对发火系统检测对象和需求进行分析,设计了一种基于Windows操作系统的便携式火箭炮发射流程检测系统,系统通信模块由12路RS422串口通信电路、逻辑控制单元以及CPCI接口电路组成,可以实现多发或齐射状态发射管同时检测的功能,同时对检测的各路信号进行图形图像化显示、数据存储、数据分析及状态显示。该系统能够较好地实现火箭炮发控系统快速自动检测的需求,并保证调试检测工作的高效性、实时性、准确性及可靠性。
The main function of the rocketgun launcher control system was to launch rockets at certain time intervals and in sequence.In order to ensure that the rocket was launched according to the set launch timing and to ensure the reliable operation of the launch control system,it was necessary to test the reliability of the launch control system operation,output voltage and current pulses,setting timing,and other characteristics before use.Based on the structure and working principle of the rocket gun launch control system,we analyzed the detection objects and requirements of the firing system,and designed a portable rocket gun launch process detection system based on the Windows operating system.The system communication module consisted of 12 RS422 serial communication circuits,logic control units,and CPCI interface circuits,which could achieve the function of simultaneous detection of multiple or simultaneous launch tubes.At the same time,the detected all kinds of signals were displayed graphically,data stored,data analyzed,and status displayed.This system could effectively meet the requirements of rapid and automatic detection of rocket launcher control systems,and ensure the efficiency,real-time,accuracy,and reliability of debugging and detection work.
