摘要
生产订单的管理关联产品的按期交付和客户满意度,如生产订单的环节中出现问题未及时响应解决、订单计划延期将导致客户失销等问题。对某总成装配场景下的订单系统需求进行了分析,研究了智能系统的概念方案,从架构设计、业务流程搭建及软件配置等方面做了阐述,建立信息化云控平台,运用物联网技术整合串接各环节形成统一的数据中心,实现数据共享与协同作业。创新在移动端实现应用,通过智能进度及协同管理推进,解决产能分配不均衡、生产计划不合理的库存积压、过程进度协调时间差及资源匹配等问题。通过应用实践,有效提升了总成装配的订单交付及时率、存货周转率及客户满意度等指标,同时缩短了产品的制造周期,为企业带来了新的发展机会。
The management of production orders was related to the on-time delivery of products and customer satisfaction index,if the problems of order were not solved in time and delayed the order plan which would lead to lose the sale order and other problems.I analyzed the requirements of the order system in final assembly scene,and researched the conception proposal for intelligence system which explained the architecture design,business process and software configuration.Then I built an information cloud monitoring platform,and used the technology of internet of things to connect all links which formed a data center,and it realized data sharing and collaborated work.The application on mobile devices was innovated,and solved the unbalance capacity allocation,inventory backlog of the unreasonable production plan,the gap of process schedule,resource matching and so on by intelligence process and collaborative management improvement.Through the application of practice,it improved the order of final assembly delivery rate in effectively,inventory turnover rate,customer satisfaction index and other indicators,and also shortened the product manufacturing phase,which brought the new development opportunities for the enterprises.
