互联网环境下医疗影像数据安全交换算法研究

摘要 在互联网环境下,影像数据作为关键的医疗信息,其在各医疗部门间的交换有助于促进跨部门合作,从而保障诊断结果准确。为此,文章开展医疗影像数据安全交换算法研究,研究构建Hub/Spoke交换体系并在其中复制目标数据,进而设置消息中间件参数,完成数据交换体系建模。在此基础上,实施对影像数据适配处理,再依据重叠数据的身份关联性,完成点对点数据交换处理,完成安全交换算法设计。实验结果表明,该方法不但促进了影像数据快速传输,还保障了信息共享的准确性,有助于实现影像数据在不同医疗部门之间的安全交换。 In the Internet environment,as the key medical information,the exchange of image data among medical departments helps to promote cross sectoral cooperation,so as to ensure the accuracy of diagnostic results.To this end,research is being conducted on secure exchange algorithms for medical imaging data.The research constructs a Hub/Spoke exchange system,replicates target data within it,and then sets message middleware parameters to complete the modeling of the data exchange system.On this basis,adaptive processing of image data is implemented,and point-to-point data exchange processing is completed based on the identity correlation of overlapping data,completing the design of secure exchange algorithms.The experimental results show that this method not only promotes the rapid transmission of image data,but also ensures the accuracy of information sharing,which helps to achieve secure exchange of image data between different medical departments.
