基于FAHP—QFD—TRIZ的居家助行器设计研究

摘要 面对老龄化趋势的加剧,提高老年人在家中使用助行器产品的使用体验,解决设计过程中基于用户需求的产品创新问题。采用FAHP、QFD和TRIZ理论开展居家助行器设计研究:首先通过FAHP结合用户访谈精准识别核心需求;其次利用QFD构建质量屋实现需求到技术参数的转化;最后基于TRIZ理论解决设计冲突,提出针对性解决方案,实现产品特性矛盾的优化。设计方案得到了老年人的认可,说明本文的FAHP-QFD-TRIZ模型能较好实现用户需求的合理分析与转化,以及用户满意度意见的有效融合,提升了用户需求分析与转化过程的客观性和全面性,给适老化产品设计提供一种新的方法。 In response to the intensifying aging trend,this study aims to enhance the user experience of home-use walkers for elderly individuals and address product innovation challenges in the design process driven by user needs.The study employs FAHP,QFD,and TRIZ theories to conduct research on home walking aid design:First,FAHP is combined with user interviews to accurately identify core needs;then QFD is used to construct a House of Quality for translating requirements into technical parameters;finally,TRIZ theory is applied to resolve design conflicts and propose targeted solutions,achieving optimization of product characteristic contradictions.Through user needs analysis and innovative design approaches,a home-use walker prototype was developed that satisfies both aesthetic preferences and functional requirements of elderly users.The design solution received positive feedback from elderly participants,demonstrating that the FAHP-QFD-TRIZ integrated model enables rational analysis and transformation of user needs,effectively incorporates user satisfaction insights,and enhances the objectivity and comprehensiveness of user requirement analysis.This approach provides a novel methodology for ageappropriate product design.
