摘要
[目的]吸力桩基础在海洋工程中得到越来越广泛的应用,但在新的应用场景下也带来了设计和施工方面新的挑战,为了进一步明确这些关键问题和技术,确保吸力桩设计和施工过程的安全高效,[方法]通过系统梳理吸力桩基础从海洋油气工程和海上新能源工程中的发展历程以及典型应用案例,分析总结吸力桩基础的安装流程及核心装备体系,对比吸力桩基础在传统管汇领域的设计方法和在海上风电领域的设计方法。[结果]结果表明,目前海上风电领域吸力桩设计和施工技术在破坏机理、设计方法和施工风险方面都有特殊方面,指出了目前吸力桩在大型海洋风机基础领域应用的设计和施工方面的问题及挑战。[结论]研究结果为后续吸力桩技术的发展和应用提供参考。
[Purpose]Suction pile foundation has been more and more widely used in marine engineering,but it has also brought new challenges in design and construction in new application scenarios,in order to further clarify these key issues and technologies,and ensure the safety and efficiency of the design and construction process of suction piles.[Method]By systematically combing the development process and typical application cases of suction pile foundation from offshore oil and gas engineering and offshore new energy engineering,the installation process and core equipment system of suction pile are analyzed and summarized,and the design methods of suction pile foundation in the field of traditional manifolds are compared with those in the field of offshore wind.[Result]The results show that the current design and construction technology of suction piles in the field of offshore wind power have special aspects in terms of failure mechanism,design method and construction risk,and point out the problems and challenges in the design and construction of the current application of suction piles in the field of large-scale offshore wind turbine foundation,[Conclusion]The research results provide a reference for the development and application of subsequent suction pile technology.
