航空发动机单双油路喷嘴点火性能试验研究

Experimental Study of Single-Orifice and Dual-Orifice Atomizer for Aerospace Engine

摘要 针对某一装单油路喷嘴的回流燃烧室,研究换装双油路喷嘴可行性,分别进行雾化、点火联焰以及性能试验。在0.25-1.0MPa之间,单油路喷嘴的雾化性能略好于双油路喷嘴,双油路喷嘴的雾化分布较单油路喷嘴好。在地面点火状态,单油路和双油路点火性能相当,双油路的联焰时间比单油路显著缩短。双油路性能试验的出口温度分布(OTDF)和最大出口温度T_(4max)较单油路小。在整机上进行换装双油路喷嘴的验证试验,试验结果表明,整机的起动最大T_(4.5)温差降低了27%,地面慢车状态T_(4.5)温差降低55%。 Aiming at the reverse flow combustor with single-orifice atomizers,the feasibility was researched for replacing dual-orifice atomizers.The ignition and performance experiments were performed.Between 0.25MPa and1.0MPa,the atomization performance of single-orifice atomizer was better than dual-orifice atomizer.It was proved that on the ground ignition condition,the ignition time of dual-orifice atomizer was as much as the single-orifice atomizer,the time of flame crossover of dual-orifice atomizer was much shorter than single-orifice atomizer.The highest exit temperature and OTDF of dual-orifice atomizer was lower than single-orifice atomizer.The verification test of dual-orifice atomizers on the engine was performed,the result proved that temperature difference had decreased by 27%during starting period and 55%during idle condition.
