热处理对激光选区熔化AlSi10Mg组织及性能影响

摘要 本文探究了热处理对激光选区熔化AlSi10Mg合金的微观组织及力学性能的影响规律。随着退火温度的升高,网状共晶Si发生熔断、粗化现象,退火280℃/2h时合金在XOY面和XOZ面的抗拉强度降至320MPa和317MPa,较成形态下降15%;延伸率上升至13%和12%,较成形态上升320%。经T6热处理后,在α-Al上析出块状Si颗粒,此时合金在XOY面和XOZ面抗拉强度降低至319MPa和315MPa,较成形态下降17%;延伸率上升至14%和14%,较成形态上升350%。此外,退火280℃/2h和T6热处理时的硬度也达到了一个较高的水平,实现了力学性能的良好匹配。 The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of laser selective melting AlSi10Mg alloy was investigated.At 280℃/2h,the tensile strength of the alloy on XOY plane and XOZ plane decreases to 320MPa and 317MPa,which is 15%lower than that of the form.The elongation increased to 13%and 12%,an increase of 320%compared to morphology.After the T6 heat treatment,the massive Si particles are precipitated on theα-Al,and the tensile strength of the alloy at XOY and XOZ planes decreases to 319MPa and 315MPa,which is 17%lower than that of the form.The elongation increased to 14%and 14%,an increase of 350%compared to morphology.In addition,the hardness of annealing at 280℃/2h and T6 heat treatment also reached a high level,achieving a good match of mechanical properties.
