摘要
为保证不同天气条件下的船舶固定阵列偏离程度最小,提高太阳能利用效率,设计了船舶固定阵列太阳能自动跟踪控制器。依据船舶固定阵列太阳能发电系统结构,分析固定光伏阵列的运行特性,以MCU单片机为核心,设计二自由度跟踪器,嵌入补偿式跟踪控制方法,通过太阳视位置补偿,控制偏离程度,保证船舶固定阵列的自动跟踪效果。测试结果显示:该方法能够满足不同光照条件的跟踪控制需求,确保光伏阵列在各种环境下都能保持最佳工作状态;跟踪控制性能均在0.95以上,最大输出功率点为607.3 W,并且输出功率的震荡程度均低于1.66%。
To ensure the minimum deviation of ship fixed arrays under different weather conditions and improve the efficiency of solar energy utilization, a ship fixed array solar energy automatic tracking controller was designed. Based on the structure of the ship's fixed array solar power generation system, analyze the operating characteristics of the fixed photovoltaic array, design a two degree of freedom tracker with MCU microcontroller as the core, embed compensation based tracking control method, and control the deviation degree through sun position compensation to ensure the automatic tracking effect of the ship's fixed array. The test results show that this method can meet the tracking and control requirements under different lighting conditions, ensuring that the photovoltaic array can maintain its optimal working state in various environments;The tracking control performance is above 0.95, the maximum output power point is 607.3 W, and the oscillation degree of the output power is below 1.66%.
