摘要
基于整车道路试验场载荷谱的底盘系统疲劳耐久性研究,文章提出了从路谱采集到数据处理的整车道路载荷数据提取方法。以横向稳定杆为例,采集了典型路况下的车轮六分力信号,并通过有限元模型和耐久仿真进行寿命预测。研究结果显示,横向稳定杆的预测疲劳寿命为58824次,与台架试验结果(62587次)的误差为6%,且断裂位置一致,验证了仿真模型与方法的准确性。基于道路载荷谱的仿真分析方法能够有效预测零部件的疲劳寿命,为底盘系统的耐久性设计提供可靠依据。
Fatigue durability study of chassis system based on whole-vehicle road test field load data,and a whole-vehicle road load data extraction method from road data acquisition processing is proposed.Taking the lateral stabilizer bar as an example,the wheel six force signals under typical road conditions are collected,and the life prediction is performed by finite element modeling and durability simulation.The results show that the predicted fatigue life of the lateral stabilizer bar is 58824 cycles,with an error of 6%from the test result(62587 cycles),and the fracture location is consistent,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model and method.The simulation and analysis method based on the road load data can effectively predict the fatigue life of components and provide a reliable basis for the durability of the chassis system.
