摘要
通过使用高锰酸盐指数全自动分析仪及传统手工滴定法分析水中的高锰酸盐指数,通过两种测定方式之间方法检出限、精密度、准确度的分析,可以看出两者得出的结果无显著差异,且仪器法在精密度、检出限上表现更优,仪器法可以更好地控制消解时间和消解温度,减少人为误差,在实际工作中可以有效节省人力资源,大大提升实验室分析效率。在日益繁重的环境监测任务下,正确有效地使用仪器具有重大的意义。
Through the use of permanganate index automatic analyzer and traditional manual titration method to analyze the permanganate index in water,through the analysis of the method detection limit(MDL),precision and accuracy between the two methods,it can be seen that there is no significant difference in the results obtained by the two methods.The instrument method has better performance in precision and MDL,and the instrument method can better control the digestion time and digestion temperature.Reducing human error can effectively save human resources in actual work,greatly improve the efficiency of laboratory analysis,in our increasingly heavy environmental monitoring tasks,the correct and effective use of instruments is of great significance.
