摘要
研究塔机一类复杂机械结构时,有限元模型计算结果与真实结构的力学响应存在着一定的偏差,有限元模型修正方法可以在一定程度上减小这种偏差.针对既有塔机主结构的有限元建模进行研究,通过选取合适的模型参数,构建真实塔机结构的仿真模型,结合Kriging近似技术,利用实测塔机数据对该仿真模型的参数进行修正,得到修正的塔机有限元模型.通过对比真实塔机与修正模型的力学响应数据,验证了对于既有塔机主结构有限元模型的建立问题,基于Kriging近似技术的有限元模型修正方法是有效的,并得到了可以再现实际塔机载荷变形情况的有限元修正模型.
In the research of a complex mechanical structure such as tower crane,there is a certain deviation between the finite element model calculation results and the real structure,and the finite element model updating method can reduce the deviation to a certain extent.In this paper,the finite element modeling of the main structure of the existing tower crane is studied,and the simulation model of the real tower crane structure is constructed by selecting appropriate model parameters.Combined with Kriging approximation technology,the parameters of the simulation model are corrected by using the measured tower crane data,and the corrected finite element model of the tower crane is obtained.By comparing the mechanical response data of the real tower crane and the updating model,it is verified that the finite element model correction method based on Kriging approximation technology is effective for the establishment of the finite element model of the main structure of the existing tower crane,and the updating finite element model which can reproduce the load deformation of the actual tower crane is obtained.
