摘要
为服务水产品及制品行业,促进其健康发展,提供水产品质量安全监督技术支持,食品类检验机构应加强水产品及制品检验能力建设。本研究主要从技术能力、科研能力、运行状况、团队建设等方面,对水产品及制品检验能力建设进行分析,以期为检验机构在相关领域能力建设提供参考,提高水产品及制品质量安全水平,保障民生与食品安全。
In order to serve the aquatic products and products industry,promote the healthy development of the industry,provide technical support for the quality and safety supervision of aquatic products,and promote the high-quality development of the aquatic products and products industry,food inspection institutions should strengthen the inspection capacity building of aquatic products and products.This paper mainly focuses on technical ability,scientific research ability,operation status,team building and other aspects to analyze the construction of aquatic products and products inspection capacity,so as to provide reference for inspection institutions to build capacity in related fields,improve the quality and safety level of aquatic products and products,and effectively protect people's livelihood and food safety.
