改性碳气凝胶作吸附剂去除水中Mn(Ⅱ)

Study on the Removal of Mn(Ⅱ)from Water by Modified Carbon Aerogel as Adsorbent

摘要 以碳气凝胶(CA)为原料,分别利用碱法—氢氧化钠和酸法—盐酸进行CA改性得到O1-CA和H2-CA,通过X射线衍射仪表征材料改性前后物相变化,采用吸附等温线模型和动力学模型进行吸附性能分析,研究其在不同反应时间和初始浓度下对水中Mn(Ⅱ)吸附进程的影响。结果表明:两种改性方法均改变了CA原本的无定形结构,改善了孔结构。在30 min内,O1-CA和H2-CA对水中Mn(Ⅱ)的去除率可达96%以上,在浓度C_(0)=1.0~7.5 mg/L范围内也可达到95%以上的去除率,实现了对水中Mn(Ⅱ)的高效去除。吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,且拟合得到最大吸附量为3.5~3.6 mg/g,说明发生了单层吸附;符合准二级动力学模型,表明过程受化学吸附机理控制,CA去除Mn(Ⅱ)过程符合二段式颗粒内扩散模型,O1-CA和H2-CA基本不受颗粒内扩散影响。研究可为环境中含锰废水的处理提供一种可选择的新吸附材料。 Carbon aerogel(CA)was modified by alkali-sodium hydroxide and acid-hydrochloric acid to obtain O1-CA and H2-CA,respectively.The phase changes of the materials before and after modification were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The adsorption performance was analyzed by adsorption isotherm model and kinetic model to study the effects of different reaction time and initial concentrations on the adsorption process.The results showed that both modification methods changed the original amorphous structure of CA,and improved the pore structure.The removal rates of Mn(Ⅱ)in water by O1-CA and H2-CA reached more than 96%,and the removal rates reached more than 95%when initial concentration C_(0) ranged from 1.0 to 7.5 mg/L,which realized the efficient removal of Mn(Ⅱ)from water.The adsorption process conformed to the Langmuir model,and the maximum adsorption capacity obtained by fitting was 3.5~3.6 mg/g,indicating the occurance of monolayer adsorption.The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,indicating that the process was controlled by the chemical adsorption mechanism.The manganese removal process of CA conformed to the two-stage intra-particle diffusion model,while O1-CA and H2-CA were basically not affected by intra-particle diffusion.The present study can provide an alternative new adsorption material for the treatment of manganese-containing wastewater in the environment.
