草珊瑚扦插育苗技术研究

摘要 目的研究草珊瑚扦插繁殖影响因素,探究其影响大小和最佳因素组合。方法采用四因素三水平正交试验方法,以愈伤组织形成率、发芽率、生根率、根数、平均根长为检验评价指标,探究基质种类(A)、激素类型(B)、激素浓度(C)和插穗部位(D)对草珊瑚繁殖效果的影响。结果草珊瑚扦插繁殖影响最大的是插穗部位,其次是基质种类,激素类型和浓度的影响最小。生根效果指标最优组合因素是A_(1)B_(1)C_(1)D_(1),愈伤组织形成率87.83%,发芽率96.07%,生根率96.04%,生根数11.81根,平均根长8.09 cm。结论草珊瑚可采用扦插方式进行育苗,此方法投入少、见效快、应用广、可操作性强,适合草珊瑚种苗的批量生产。 Objective To study the factors affecting the cutting propagation of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai and explore the magnitude of its impact and the best combination of factors.Methods Orthogonal experiment method with four factors and three levels was adopted.The test and evaluation indexes were the formation rate of callus,the germination rate,the rooting rate,the number of roots,and the average root length.The effects of substrate(A),hormone type(B)and concentration(C),and cutting position(D)on the propagation of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai were explored.Results The most important factor affecting the cutting propagation was the cutting position,followed by the type of substrate,and the type and concentration of hormones had the least effect.The optimal combination factors of rooting effect index were A_(1)B_(1)C_(1)D_(1),callus formation rate of 87.83%,germination rate of 96.07%,rooting rate of 96.04%,number of roots of 11.81,average root length of 8.09 cm.Conclusion Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai can be raised by cutting.This method has the advantages of less investment,quick effect,wide application and strong operability,which is suitable for mass production of Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai seedlings.
