建成环境气流组织性能模拟方法研究

摘要 近年来,随着可持续发展在建筑行业受到越来越多的关注,建成环境的绿色改造被大力推进。实景模型重建在数字孪生生成、建筑健康监测、设施管理和城市更新等方面具有重要意义。为搭建出可靠的实景模型,本文使用三维扫描仪,以快速、高精度的方式捕获环境密集的三维测量数据并生成点云模型。进一步在此类实景模型基础上对既有建筑进行气流组织模拟并在室内进行多点位实测。将得到的模拟结果和实测结果进行比对,以讨论基于此类实景模型所进行的气流组织性能模拟有效性,从而对建成环境的测量提出指导与建议,实现测量时间和计算时间的提升,进而探索对既有建筑进行性能模拟时的方法学,以此指导建成环境在使用过程中的可持续发展。 In recent years,with increasing interest in sustainable development based on construction industry,the green transformation of the built environment has received great attention.Realistic model reconstruction is also of great significance in digital twin generation,building health monitoring,facility management,and urban renewal.To build a reliable realistic model,this paper used a 3D scanner to capture dense 3D measurement data of the environment in a fast and high-precision manner and generate point cloud models.The airflow organization of existing buildings were further simulated based on such realistic models and multi-point indoor measurements were made.The simulation results obtained were compared with the measured results to discuss the effective performance simulation of airflow organization based on such realistic models,thereby providing guidance and suggestions for measuring the built environment and optimizing the time of measurement and calculation.Furthermore,the methodology for performance simulation of existing buildings was explored in order to guide the sustainable development of the built environment during use.
