摘要 探讨了基于Prism架构的外延控制系统的设计与实现。随着软件功能和用户需求的日益复杂,传统的软件开发方式暴露出诸多缺陷,MVVM模式应运而生并促进了前端开发和后端业务逻辑的分离。Prism作为开源框架,提供了MVVM、依赖注入、命令和事件聚合器等设计模式,有助于编写可维护的XAML应用程序。介绍了Prism架构的关键设计模式,包括依赖注入、MVVM、事件聚合器、模块化和导航及区域管理。在系统设计中,采用模块化设计将系统分为多个独立模块,如Application、Core、Database、Hardware和Libraries等,具有良好的可维护性和可扩展性。系统运行时,通过Prism框架的CreateShell和CreateModuleCatalog方法实现模块加载和页面导航。该系统为外延设备管理提供了便捷的用户体验,提高了开发、维护和工艺的工作效率。未来,外延控制系统设计将更加注重智能化、自动化和集成化,有望在半导体行业取得更大突破。 The design and development of the epitaxial control system based on the Prism architecture is discussed.With the increasing complexity of software functions and user requirements,the traditional software development approach exposes many flaws,and the MVVM pattern emerges to promote the separation of front-end development and back-end business logic.Prism,as an open-source framework,provides design patterns such as MVVM,dependency injection,commands,and event aggregators,which help to write maintainable XAML applications.The key design patterns of the Prism architecture are introduced,including dependency injection,MVVM,event aggregator,modularization,navigation and region management.In the system design,modular design is adopted to divide the system into multiple independent modules,such as Application,Core,Database,Hardware and Libraries,which has good maintainability and scalability.During the system operation,the module loading and page navigation are realized through the CreateShell and CreateModuleCatalog methods of the Prism framework.The system provides a convenient user experience for the management of epitaxial equipment and improves the efficiency of development,maintenance,and technology.In the future,the design of epitaxial control systems focuses more on intelligence,automation,and integration,and is expected to make greater breakthroughs in the semiconductor industry.
