高校典型公共场所室内空气真菌和细菌浓度分析及污染评价

摘要 春秋季采用自然沉降法测定某高校不同室内功能区空气中的细菌和真菌浓度,利用16SrRNA和ITS测序技术鉴定空气中的细菌和真菌,以评价高校室内空气质量和优势菌群的致病性。结果表明,各功能区春季和秋季室内真菌浓度存在显著变化(P<0.05),而各功能区细菌浓度在春季和秋季没有显著变化(P>0.05);真菌浓度最高的功能区是教室,食堂是各功能区中细菌浓度最高的地方;无论是春季还是秋季,各采样点的细菌浓度均达到清洁级别;但秋季卫生间和教室的真菌浓度达到严重污染级别。通过16SrRNA分析,鉴定出10个属的细菌;通过ITS分析,鉴定出10个属的真菌,其中检出3种人体致病真菌。该研究探究了高校室内空气微生物浓度和菌群变化,对校园春秋季疾病防控具有一定的指导意义。 During spring and autumn,the natural settling method is used to determine the concentration of bacteria and fungi in the air of different indoor functional areas of a university.16SrRNA and ITS sequencing technologies are used to identify the bacteria and fungi in the air in order to evaluate the indoor air quality of the university and the pathogenicity of the dominant microbial communities.The results show that there are significant changes in indoor fungal concentrations in different functional areas between spring and autumn(P<0.05),while bacterial concentrations in different functional areas are not show significant changes between spring and autumn(P>0.05).The functional area with the highest fungal concentration is the classroom,while the dining hall has the highest bacterial concentration among all functional areas,bacterial concentrations at all sampling points reach the cleanliness level in both spring and fall.However,fungal concentrations in restrooms and classrooms reach the severely contaminated level in the fall.Through 16SrRNA analysis,10 genera of bacteria are identified.Through ITS analysis,10 genera of fungi are identified,including three human pathogenic fungi.This study provides further insight into the concentration and changes in microbial communities in indoor air in universities,offering valuable guidance for disease prevention and control in university campuses during the spring and autumn seasons.
