不同切根处理对油杉育苗效果的影响

The Influence of Different Root-pruning Treatments on the Seedling-raising Effect of Keteleeria fortunei

摘要 为提升油杉(Keteleeria fortunei)苗木质量,解决油杉苗主根长和侧根少的问题,开展油杉苗切根育苗试验。结果表明:切根和不切根处理第1年苗木生长差异显著,2月切根的平均地径、苗高分别为1.50 mm、13.84 cm,地径生长量较不切根处理提高10.00%,苗高生长量较不切根处理下降17.22%;8月切根处理平均地径、苗高分别为1.37 mm、15.97 cm,地径生长量较不切根处理增加1.48%,苗高生长量较不切根处理下降4.49%;2月切根、8月切根、不切根处理高径比分别为92.27、116.57、123.85。切根和不切根处理第2年,苗木苗高、主根数、一级侧根数和一级侧根长等指标生长差异明显,切根影响地径、苗高的早期生长,但有利于壮苗培育,苗木高径比表现呈下降趋势,2月切根、8月切根和不切根处理的高径比分别为89.25、73.00、97.23;主根数由低到高表现为不切根、2月切根和8月切根处理,一级侧根数由低到高表现为2月切根、不切根和8月切根处理,一级侧根长度由低到高表现为8月切根、不切根和2月切根处理。切根处理总体有利于根系的发育和生长。 In order to improve the quality of Keteleeria fortunei seedlings and solve the problem of long main root and few lateral roots of Keteleeria fortunei seedlings,the root pruning seedling experiment of Keteleeria fortunei seedlings was carried out.The results showed that the growth of seedlings in the first year of root-pruning and non-root-pruning treatments was significantly different.The average ground diameter and seedling height of root pruning in February were 1.50 mm and 13.84 cm,respectively.The growth of ground diameter was 10.00%higher than that of non-root-pruning treatment,and the growth of seedling height was 17.22%lower than that of non-root-pruning treatment.In August,the average ground diameter and seedling height of root-pruning treatment were 1.37 mm and 15.97 cm,respectively.The growth of ground diameter increased by 1.48%compared with that of non-root-pruning treatment,and the growth of seedling height decreased by 4.49%compared with that of non-root-pruning treatment.The height-diameter ratios of root pruning in February,root pruning in August and non-root-pruning treatments were 92.27,116.57 and 123.85,respectively.In the second year of root-pruning and non-root-pruning treatments,there were significant differences in the growth of seedling height,number of main roots,number of primary lateral roots and length of primary lateral roots.Root pruning affected the early growth of ground diameter and seedling height,but it was conducive to the cultivation of strong seedlings.The height-diameter ratio of seedlings showed a downward trend.The height-diameter ratios of root pruning in February,root pruning in August and non-root-pruning treatments were 89.25,73.00 and 97.23,respectively.The number of main roots from low to high showed non-root-pruning treatment,root-pruning treatment in February,root-pruning treatment in August,and the number of first-level lateral roots from low to high showed root-pruning treatment in February,non-root-pruning treatment,root-pruning treatment in August,and the length of first-level lateral roots from low to high showed root-pruning treatment in August,non-root-pruning treatment,root-pruning treatment in February.Root-pruning treatment is generally beneficial to the development and growth of roots.
