高位阻铁尾矿分散剂的合成研究

摘要 对铁尾矿粉的成分及结构进行分析,以聚羧酸为基础结构,经接枝强吸附阴离子改性制备了高位阻YJ型铁尾矿分散剂(YJ分散剂)。结果表明,沉降率以及电位的变化验证了YJ分散剂的机理为空间位阻与静电斥力的叠加。YJ分散剂的最佳合成工艺为:聚醚相对分子质量5000,酸醚比4:1,乙烯基膦酸取代羧基的取代率为15%,采用最佳工艺合成的YJ分散剂沉降率为1.2%;经红外光谱以及元素分析验证,其为预期设计产物;与市售同类分散剂进行对比,YJ分散剂的分散性能优势明显。 This article analyzed the composition and structure of iron tailings.Polycarboxylic acid was selected as the basic structure,and YJ type iron tailings dispersant was prepared by grafting modification.The dispersion mechanism was confirmed to be the superposition effect of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion through sedimentation rate and zeta potential detection.The optimal synthesis process was determined to be a polyether molecular weight of 5000,an acid ether ratio of 4:1,and the best modified monomer was vinyl phosphonic acid.The effect was best when the proportion of substituted carboxyl groups was 15%.The sedimentation rate of YJ type dispersant synthesized by the optimal process is 1.2%.Verified by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis,it is the expected design product,Compared with commercially available dispersants,the dispersion performance of YJ type iron tailings dispersant has obvious advantages.
