抗菌肽饲料添加剂对肉鸡生产性能影响的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Effects of Antimicrobial Peptide Feed Additives on the Performance of Broilers

摘要 本研究旨在利用Meta分析评估抗菌肽饲料添加剂对肉鸡生产性能的影响。通过筛选共纳入14篇文献35个对照研究,收集35份实验组(抗菌肽添加剂)和14份对照组(基础日粮)的动物生产数据,通过敏感性分析评价合并效应量后结果的稳定性并用漏斗图评估发表偏倚。Meta分析结果表明,在饲料中添加抗菌肽添加剂可以显著增加平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),但对平均日采食量(ADFI)无影响(P>0.05),由此推断抗菌肽饲料添加剂显著提高了肉鸡的生长性能。漏斗图分析表明研究仅存在少量发表偏倚,敏感性分析表明分析结果稳定可靠,建议在肉鸡生产中适当添加抗菌肽饲料添加剂。本次Meta分析可为我国肉鸡生产及抗菌肽研发等提供参考。 The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of antimicrobial peptide feed additives on broiler performance using meta-analysis.A total of 14 papers and 35 controlled studies were included through screening,and a total of 35 animal production data were collected from the experimental group(antimicrobial peptide additive)and 35 from the control group(basal diet),and the stability of the results after combining effect sizes was evaluated by sensitivity analysis,and publication bias was assessed by funnel plots.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the addition of antimicrobial peptide additives to the feed significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the feed-to-weight ratio(F/G)(P<0.05),but had no effect on average daily feed intake(ADFI)(P>0.05),which inferred that the antimicrobial peptide feed additive significantly improved the growth performance of broilers.Funnel plot analysis showed that the study had only a small publication bias and sensitivity analysis showed that the analysis was stable and reliable.Conclusion,it is recommended that appropriate addition of antimicrobial peptide feed additives in broiler production is necessary.This meta-analysis provides a scientific basis for related studies on broiler production and antimicrobial peptide research and development in China.
