摘要
工程项目管理涉及的工期紧凑、投资过程动态纠偏、建设过程交叉作业等特性,需要通过建立科学计划、优化资源、强化协调沟通和构建完善的管理体系等全生命周期管理措施来管控,但庞大的信息处理量和过程的异常控制对参建人员提出较高的综合素质要求,本文在着重分析现有系统数据应用的基础上,通过管理模式由信息化到数字化的转型应用,探讨如何建立覆盖项目管理全生命周期各阶段的数字化管理系统,实现管理制度标准化嵌入业务主线、风险预警、异常数据可视化、数据决策驱动。
The characteristics of tight project schedule,dynamic correction of investment process,and cross operation of construction process involved in engineering project management require full lifecycle management measures such as establishing scientific plans,optimizing resources,strengthening coordination and communication,and building a sound management system to control them.However,the huge amount of information processing and abnormal control of processes require high comprehensive quality from participating personnel.Based on the analysis of existing system data applications,this article explores how to establish a digital management system that covers all stages of the project management lifecycle through the transformation of management mode from informatization to digitalization,and realizes the standardization of management system embedded in business mainline,risk warning,visualization of abnormal data,and data-driven decision-making.
