摘要
【目的】对玉米自交系水旱条件下的表型进行鉴定,并进行全基因组选择分析,有助于利用分子手段筛选抗旱种质及抗旱品种选育。【方法】用175份玉米自交系材料构建训练群体,在不同水分条件下,连续2年在2个地点对株高、穗位高、雄穗分支数和产量进行鉴定,并结合基因型数据基于13个预测模型开展全基因组选择分析。【结果】表型鉴定结果显示干旱条件下4个表型的均值均有不同程度的降低,其中产量降低最多,为24.13%,穗位高降低最小,为6.25%。全基因组选择分析结果表明产量预测准确性最高的模型为SVR,该模型在正常条件下,株高、穗位高、雄穗分支数和产量的预测准确性分别为0.595、0.331、0.624和0.524;在干旱条件下,株高、穗位高、雄穗分支数和产量的预测准确性分别为0.592、0.364、0.631和0.490。耐旱指数的预测准确性最低,仅为0.196。【结论】13个GS模型中SVR模型对所有性状的预测准确性均为最高;训练群体大小选择总群体的50%,SNP标记数目为500时,即可得到较高的预测结果。
【Objective】This study aimed to evalute the phenotypes of maize inbred lines under both well-watered and drought-stressed conditions,and to integrate genomic selection analysis,in order to fa-cilitate molecular screening of drought-tolerant germplasms and support breeding for drought-resistant varieties.【Method】A training population comsising of 175 maize inbred lines was established.Over two consecutive years and across two locations,four phenotypic traits-plant height,ear height,tassel branch number,and yield-were measured under contrasting water regimes.Genomic selection was conducted us-ing genotypic data and 13 different prediction models.【Result】Phenotypic evaluation revealed reduc-tions in all four traits under drought conditions,with the most significant reduction in yield(24.13%)and the smallest in ear height(6.25%).Genomic selection results showed that the Support Vector Regres-sion(SVR)model achieved the highest prediction accuracy for yield.Under well-watered conditions,SVR prediction accuracies for plant height,ear height,tassel branch number,and yield were 0.595,0.331,0.624,and 0.524,respectively;under water-stressed conditions,the corresponding accuracies were 0.592,0.364,0.631,and 0.490.The drought tolerance index exhibited the lowest prediction accuracy(0.196).【Conclusion】The Support Vector Regression(SVR)model outperformed the other 12 genomic selection models in predicting the target traits.Optimal genomic prediction performance was achieved when the training population size constituted 50%of the total population and 500 SNP markers were utilized.
