摘要
针对目前上海市主栽水稻品种存在的食味好但稻瘟病抗性差、高产但适口性一般等问题,利用花药离体培养、分子标记选择等技术快速创制具有爆米花香味、低直链淀粉含量、抗稻瘟病的亲本材料,并结合高密度SNP芯片检测、显性基因互补聚合育种技术,培育出米质优、香味浓、食味好、抗稻瘟病的杂交粳稻新品种‘申优R2’(沪审稻2022003),并从‘申优R2’的测交配组培育历程、产量、品质、抗病的特征特性以及配套的机插秧(或机直播)栽培技术要点等维度进行了全面分析。‘申优R2’适合在上海市及苏南、皖南、浙北作为单季晚稻或早茬口双季晚稻种植。
At present,the main rice varieties planted in Shanghai have some problems,such as good taste but poor resistance to rice blast,high yield but general palatability.Anther culture and molecular marker selection were used to develop japonica hybrid rice parents with characteristics of aroma,low amylose content and disease resistance.A new japonica hybrid rice‘Shenyou R2’with good quality,strong aroma,good taste and high blast resistance was developed by SNP chip detection and the dominant genes complementing each other.It was approved by the Crop Variety Certification Committee of Shanghai in 2022.This study introduced the breeding process,yield properties,quality properties,disease resistance and key cultivation techniques of‘Shenyou R2’.‘Shenyou R2’was suitable for single cropping late rice or double cropping late rice planted in Shanghai,southern Jiangsu,southern Anhui and northern Zhejiang.
