青少年学习倦怠、年龄、网络成瘾与吸烟行为的关系研究

摘要 目的探讨青少年网络成瘾与吸烟行为的关系,分析学习倦怠在其中的中介作用,并检验年龄对该路径的调节作用,为教育部门和公共卫生机构构建青少年“网络使用-心理干预-行为矫正”三级预防体系提供理论依据。方法于2022年11—12月,采用Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷、学习倦怠量表等对深圳市宝安区部分青少年进行调查。采用Process宏程序构建中介模型检验学习倦怠的作用,并构建有调节的中介模型检验年龄的调节作用。结果共调查3004名青少年,其平均年龄为(14.25±1.66)岁,网络成瘾得分的中位数(P25,P75)为0(0,3)分,学习倦怠得分的中位数(P25,P75)为43(33,51)分,现在吸烟率为0.66%,尝试吸烟率为6.23%。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,深圳市宝安区青少年吸烟行为与年龄(r=0.110)、网络成瘾(r=0.087)、学习倦怠(r=0.086)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,学习倦怠在青少年网络成瘾与吸烟行为间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.002(95%CI:0.001~0.004);年龄在青少年网络成瘾与吸烟行为间起调节作用(β=0.006,t=4.393,P<0.05)。结论学习倦怠、年龄分别在青少年网络成瘾与吸烟行为间起部分中介作用、调节作用。因此,未来教育部门和公共卫生机构应重点关注低龄网络成瘾青少年的学习倦怠问题,可通过增强其学习兴趣等措施,降低其吸烟风险,促进身心健康。 Objective To explore the relationships among adolescent internet addiction and smoking behavior,the mediating role of learning burnout and the moderating effect of age,and to provide a basis for educational authorities and public health agencies to establish a three-level prevention system.Methods From November to December 2022,Young's Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire and Learning Burnout Scale were used to investigate some adolescents in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City.The Process macro program was used to construct a mediation model to test the role of learning burnout,and a moderated mediation model was constructed to test the moderating role of age.Results A total of 3004 ado-lescents were surveyed,with an average age of(14.25±1.66)years old.The median score of internet addiction(P25,P75)was 0(0,3),and the median score of learning burnout(P25,P75)was 43(33,51).The current smoking rate was 0.66%,and the attempt smoking rate was 6.23%.The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that smoking among adolescents was positively correlated with age(r=0.110),internet addiction(r=0.087),and learning burnout(r=0.086)(P<0.05).Bootstrap test results indicated that learning burnout played a partial mediating role between adolescent internet addiction and smoking behavior,with a mediation effect value of 0.002(95%CI:0.001-0.004).Age exhibited a significant moderating effect on the association between internet addiction and smoking(β=0.006,t=4.393,P<0.05).Conclusion Learning burnout and age play partial mediating role and moderating role in adolescent internet addic-tion and smoking behaviors.Therefore,education departments and public health institutions should focus on the learning burnout of young Internet addicts,and reduce the risk of smoking and promote physical and mental health by enhancing their interest in learning.
