玄武岩纤维混凝土抗复合盐溶液侵蚀性能研究

摘要 为探讨玄武岩纤维混凝土在复合盐溶液环境中性能劣化的情况,开展了玄武岩纤维体积掺量在各侵蚀环境中的侵蚀试验,采用表观损伤、质量变化率和抗压强度指标,分析了纤维掺量和侵蚀条件对玄武岩纤维混凝土的表观性能和力学性能的影响,再结合扫描电子显微镜试验,从微观结构层面分析了复合盐溶液影响下的混凝土劣化机理。结果表明,当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.2%时,混凝土的力学性能和表观性能的劣化速率和程度均最小;复合盐溶液对混凝土表观和内部的劣化速率和程度比单一盐溶液更高;复合盐溶液中的Cl~-能影响SO_4^(2-)对混凝土内部侵蚀孔隙的形貌,弱化SO_4^(2-)的侵蚀破坏力。 In order to investigate the performance degradation of basalt fiber reinforced concrete in composite salt so-lution environment,the erosion test of different basalt fiber volume content in different erosion environment was carried out.The apparent damage,mass change rate and compressive strength index were used to analyze the impact of fiber content and erosion conditions on the apparent and mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete.Combined with the scanning electron microscope test,the deterioration mechanism of concrete under the influence of composite salt solution was analyzed from the microstructure level.The results show that when the content of basalt fiber is 0.2%,the degradation rate and degree of mechanical properties and apparent properties of concrete are the smallest.The degradation rate and degree of the composite salt solution on the apparent and internal deterioration of concrete are higher than those of the single salt solution.The chloride ion in the composite salt solution can affect the morphology of the erosion pores inside the concrete by sulfate ions and weaken the erosion damage of sulfate ions.
